Internal tools

The systems a business actually runs on.

Next to websites and online shops we build the systems behind them, the ones a warehouse, an office and a management team work with every day. Two of them are in daily production use, the third one we built for a service company.

Warehouse portal
Pharmaceutical client, name confidential under NDA

Goods in, batches, picking, labels, tracking, in one tool.

A warehouse and fulfillment portal we developed from scratch. It runs across several warehouse locations and talks to the shop directly. Goods receipt works with batch management, the pick and pack flow walks staff through every order, shipping labels come out of a connected label printer, and parcel tracking lives in the same system.

Parcel tracking in the same screen as the order

Operations dashboard shown on a desktop display and a smartphone: return approvals, reorder suggestions and batch release
Operations dashboard
Own development

The decisions of a working day on one screen.

A management dashboard for the office. Return approvals, supplier reorders, batch releases and escalations sit next to each other, so decisions are taken where the data already is instead of in a mailbox.

Return approvals with reason and amount

Reorder suggestions based on sales and lead time

Batch release with lab report attached

Open escalations visible before a customer calls

CraftVoice
Service company

A site visit becomes a quote before the van is back.

Built for a service company: the technician records the conversation and the photos on site, and out of that recording come the documentation and a draft quote with items, materials and working hours. The office checks the draft, adjusts prices and sends it. Every visit stays stored, so the estimates get better with each job.

Recorded on site, no paper forms

Draft quote with items, quantities and hours

Photo documentation filed against the job

Every visit searchable for the next estimate

Three ideas we would bring to a production floor.

None of these needs a new ERP. They close the gaps between the systems you already have.

One scan on the part, the whole order in view.

A QR code travels with the part from the first work step to dispatch. Every scan records arrival time, operator and working time, and quality checks are filed against the part with photos. At the end you can see where time and cost actually went, per station and per order.

OrderQR code on the partStation by stationReport

From the customer appointment to a finished quote.

Between the appointment, the measurements and the quote a lot of time and knowledge goes missing. A service tool records the visit on site and turns it into a draft the foreman only has to check and send. CraftVoice above is that principle, already built.

Record on siteDraft appearsCheck and sendDocument and invoice

Quotes calculated without the engineering bottleneck.

In many industrial companies every quote runs through an engineer, which turns days into weeks and ties up the most expensive hours in the building. A configurator does that arithmetic with your formulas and your price lists, AI workflows take over the parts that rely on experience values, and the engineer only checks the result.

Also on the table: B2B spare part portals with customer prices, availability and order history, and a stowage planning study currently in progress.

IT security

From the audit to a hardened system.

Cyber security has become a contract question, not an IT question. We record the actual state, sort the findings by risk and implement the measures.

Audit

Actual state of websites, shops and servers, written down and prioritized.

Hardening

Updates, access rights, encryption, backups, and the gaps the audit found.

Verification

Checking that it held, repeating it on a schedule, and standing behind you in customer audits.

Does this apply to us?

IACS UR E26/E27: for newbuildings with a contract signed on or after 1 July 2024 the classification societies require demonstrated cyber resilience. Suppliers and equipment manufacturers are explicitly named alongside the yards.

NIS2: the German implementation act has been in force since December 2025. The requirements reach smaller suppliers through the supply chain, because the companies in scope have to secure their own service providers.

Melitta: three years of group security. Hundreds of websites and thousands of services audited, Cloudflare Enterprise rolled out across the brand domains, servers hardened against CIS benchmarks.
